LUSU LetsThese are student houses where day to day management is looked after by LUSU Housing rather than a private property owner. We take care of everything from the managing your lease through to attending to any repair issues. The housing team are friendly and approachable so you're guaranteed a reasonable landlord.
Students sharing a typical undergraduate LUSU Lets house pay an average rent of £49.50 per person, per week, excluding bills for gas, electricity and telephone charges, although water rates are included. LUSU Housing do not charge a deposit or summer retainer in respect of our Undergraduate LUSU Let houses.
The majority of our houses are 3,4,5 & 6 bedroomed and offer a shared kitchen, a lounge and a bathroom as standard. Undergraduate LUSU Let houses are available on a standard 44 week lease
