What is a LUSU Let house?
A LUSU Let property is a house where LUSU act as your landlord and look after everything relating to do with the house and contract: from dealing with repairs to collecting your rent. On the seach page all houses covered by the LUSU Let scheme appear with a white LUSU Let logo in the background.

Private Lets
The Property Bank also maintains a list of privately let accredited houses. Almost 200 student houses that meet Lancaster City Council's minimum accreditation standard are advertised annually on our Property Bank - so why not take a look?
Please note: with private lets you're responsible for dealing with your landlord from start to finish. LUSU do not inspect those properties advertised privately on this site - but require property owners to provide confirmation of their accreditation or licensing status
