If you are currently in your first year and beginning to think about accommodation for next year, the most important thing is don't panic! LUSU advise you not to rush and sign for accommodation without having considered all your available options first. Traditionally undergraduate lettings generally continue well into the new year so take your time.
It is strongly recommended that you do not to sign up with any off-campus landlords without ensuring that the property is accredited or licensed through Lancaster City Council. If you are at all unsure about any property you have seen seek help and advice before signing any contract.
